Memorized Public Address

In this event you start by finding a public address. You cut out the part or pieces you wish to talk about it. You then must provide an analyses of the speech regarding the speaker, reason for the speech, and how it has national significance.

  • Speech must be 10 minutes or less

  • No props or costumes may be used

  • Speech must be Memorized

  • A minimum of 40% must be your own words

  • No more the 10% quoted material
