Extemporaneous Speaking
In this event, you will be given three topic questions to review. You will select one question only. After returning to your station you will have 30 minutes to write a speech. Internet is allowed to be used to do this.
Speech must be 7 minutes or less
No props or costumes may be used
Speech does not have to be Memorized
You may have a notecard no larger than 4x6 inches
